I was upgraded to beautifully decorated double room with ac. Extra facilities such as tea and coffee making equipment, a fridge, and glassware were really useful. The provided service was exceptional! Didn't need to pay for wake up service and ironing, good bonus too. The staff was extremely friendly plus the location was unbeatable.

Neat luxury rooms, they are provided with beautiful furnishings and air-conditioning, for instance. The location of the hotel is great, just next door to a great restaurant, a former winery, and Windhoek following a long haul flight.

The staff at Droombos are well, trained and the accommodation is family, friendly. the location is marvelous, being close to restaurants, the airport, and Windhoek , perfect for those arriving after a long flight. Guests can also enjoy a wonderful tea or coffee at Bellagio Patisserie nearby.

Cleanliness and comfortable rooms at Droombos. Beautiful location and scenery. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant serves delicious food - especially the massive burgers. One standout service was the exceptional spa experience with attentive and skilled staff.
